The Sublime Autoglass Lifetime Guarantee on Glass Repairs and Replacements

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS – GLASS REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
This Warranty is not transferable

The Lifetime Guarantee does not extend to cover defects of damage arising from impact, misuse, owner negligence, environmentally induced deterioration, existing manufacturers vehicle faults or temporary repair and does not extend to consequential damage. We are unable to extend our Lifetime Guarantee where there is existing rust or corrosion in the glass aperture.

For vehicles with rubber installations, we are able to guarantee these installations where Sublime Autoglass recommends that a rubber or moulding should be replaced. Should a customer ask us to reuse existing parts we are unable to guarantee these installations.

If our trade customers choose to offer the Lifetime Guarantee to their customers, then any claim must be made through the trade customer.

Where air bags are fitted, drive away times must be observed.

All warranty work will only be carried out on presentation of the original invoice and on the condition that the vehicle is available for inspection in Christchurch, New Zealand.

We guarantee that after the repair the windscreen damage will not crack or extend. In the unlikely event that the repair should extend and cannot be fixed, we will supply or arrange to replace your windscreen and will deduct the invoiced amount from the recommended retail price of a new windscreen. There is no time limit to this guarantee.
